It Started as a Friendship.
David and Phil are two guys who love God’s Word and a great cup of coffee. They would regularly get together to talk about what they were reading in scripture. Not surface-level stuff. They would dig in, share revelations, wrestle with meaning, and challenge each other.

David McIntyre, April 2021In April 2021, Bible, Bros & Brew was born. What started as sporadic episodes between two friends became something more intentional in 2023 and 2024, evolving into a weekly show that goes live before each recording and drops polished episodes every Monday at 6 AM.
The “Bros” in the name is not a gender marker. It is a relationship marker. It extends an open invitation to everyone who listens: you are part of this conversation too.
That is the DNA of this brand. Real friendship. Real faith. Real coffee. No pretense.

Bible, Bros & Brew exists to help people grow in their relationship with God by making scripture approachable, engaging, and real. One conversation and one cup at a time.

To build a community where anyone, regardless of where they are in their faith journey, can pull up a chair, grab a cup, and encounter God’s Word in a way that actually makes sense for them.

Every piece of content we create serves one purpose: to help someone take their next step with God. Whether first or a thousandth, we meet people where they are with warmth, honesty, and zero religious pretense.
The Five Values That Drive Everything
The Word is the Foundation
We are people of the Word, not a denomination. Scripture is our source, our authority, and our compass. We go deep not to show off, but because the depth is where the life is.
Authenticity Over Performance
We do not perform faith. We live it out loud, including the messy, uncertain, and funny parts. If we do not know something, we say so. If something is hard, we say that too.
Everyone Gets a Seat at the Table
New believer? Lifelong Christian? Just curious? You belong here. The Word should not be difficult to understand, and if it feels that way, that is on us to fix.
Community Over Platform
We are not building an audience. We are building a community. Numbers matter less than the depth of connection we create with the people who show up.
Keep It Light, Keep It Real
Faith is serious, but we do not have to be serious all the time. Humor, self-deprecation, coffee debates, and good vibes are part of the experience. We take God seriously. We do not take ourselves too seriously.
